Printing machine designed for any type of "ready to wear" material. Fitting of the materials on suitable holder boards with modifiable shapes, removable and equipped with precision register for the re-setting on the machine. Plotter for digital printing to be supplied by us or alternatively already existing or to be purchased by the customer, modified and fitted to print with any type of dyestuff suitable for fabrics or leather printing.

Computerized modular colour kitchen for printing mills equipped with one or more weighing robots simultaneously working. The simplicity of modules composition grants the largest insertion of more colour series. The peculiar dosing valve drastically reduces the maintenance and failure cases. The limited involved area grants the suitability in any room. Thanks to the robots running and weighing simultaneously, productivity is greatly increased. The proper hydraulic circuit, driven by pumps with c.c. motors grants more functions (load of the stocks, colour filtering stocks recycle, dosing with variable output speed) without problems of different printing paste viscosity. Dosing valves view (patented) They only have a blade sliding on a triangular hole with flow proportional regulation. The valves have not actuators and are installed on the weighing robots. Particular of the weighing robot, with its actuator.. The robots slide on monorails, lifted from the floor for a better sliding and a total cleaning. The robots are supplied two precision scales, one fo 6 kg for sampling and the other 60 Kg for the production. The dyestuffs viscosity, the level in the reservoirs, the room temperature, the automatical colours recalculations are all variables controlled by the computerized management system. Management computer. It keeps under control all the operative parameters of the colour kitchen and the recipes of the dystuffs generally used in the printing. it also allows the manual reciping. The modular construction of the colour kitchen solves all the colouristic and space problems, while the possibility of adding robots in any moment allows to increase the colour production also after the first installation.

Digital printing machine supporting plotters from the most popular manufacturers in today’s market. Thanks to its sophisticated control system for blanket position, derived from MS’s experience with the traditional printing machines, the deviation from the preset blanket advancing parameter is limited to a +/- 0.01 mm, thus granting maximum precision during the printing phase. Moreover, a particular function on the MS – JETPRINT allows correction of the blanket movement during printing so that it is possible to “open” or “close” the space between the strings printed by the plotter on the fabric and, consequently, to solve the bending problem without stopping the production. MS-JETPRINT is complete with all options, making it a very complete machine without adding optional devices, and includes the following:

- blanket washing module with spraying nozzles, rotating brush and squeegee;

- fan group for after-washing blanket drying;

- after-print fabric drying module through fans and resistances for air heating;

- operator-friendly control panel displaying, with other varied information, the read-out of the blanket movement in real time during printing;

- electrically-driven axial unwinding and winding groups;

- pressing cylinder for fabric laying on the blanket;

- spreading / uncurling group placed before the laying-down of the fabric in order to eliminate possible creases from the fabric;

- anti-static bar.

This system allows the coating (pre-treatment) of the fabric to be printed with ink-jet technology directly on the printing machine and simultaneously to actual printing. The coating device is placed just before the plotter and prepares the fabric in the most suitable way to achieve the best colour penetration and results. The preparation of the fabric can be performed along with the printing phase or independently to prepare the fabrics to be printed later on the same machine or on other ink-jet printing machines. Thanks to this device it is possible to print on wet or partially or totally dry fabric and this grants a great uniformity of the colour masses as well as equalizing the penetration of light and dark colours, which has always been a big problem of the digital printing.

The device includes:

- High precision spreading unit for perfect control of the product to be applied along all the fabric width;

- Warm air drying group placed before the printing plotter. The device can be disconnected in case of wet on wet printing;

- Feeding device of the preparation products;

- Protection frame;

- Strengthened after-print drying group working with hot air and proper casing as to reduce the termic dispersion (option). It is a must in case of wet on wet printing;

- Functions on the main control panel;

The ultimate evolution of the MS textile printing machines, MS-Coat & Print SG Plus is much more than a simple ink-jet printing machine. It deals with a real integrated production line that accomplishes processes usually requiring three separate machines in only one pass.

This is due to the integration of three different production modules:

1. Pre-treatment unit for fabric preparation model MS-Coat&Print (patented)

2. textile printing machine with blanket model MS-Jetprint

3. Loop-type steam ager model MS-Cont 5 (patented)

The machine prepares the fabric with the necessary chemicals just before the printing phase, thus granting the typical advantages of the in-line preparation that only MS can supply. · Wet-on-wet printing, color penetration, chemical products, efficiency, etc., · Printing on any kind of fabric with any type of ink-jet dyestuff · Fixation of reactive and acid dyestuffs with saturated steam at 102-104°C. Processes are made in line, in a relatively small space and at costs which are also reasonable for smaller companies. Since the steam ager has no atmospherical emissions since the exhausted steam is recirculated in the machine to reuse the residual thermal power and the resulting condense is discharged in the printing blanket washing module. This “closed” system reduces practically to zero the need of authorizations related to the use of such machinery. It is possible to have this machine, as all the other models of MS textile printing machines, equipped with the plotter lifting device, model SG, capable of lifting the printing head up to 8.5 cm from the printing blanket. In this way, the machine can print all kinds of material different from a fabric piece only, by adding or modifying the material supports. This means that with properly designed frames and boards it is also possible to print t-shirts, pre-cut pieces, sweaters, trousers, leather, wood, etc.
