Thanks to its sophisticated control system for blanket position, derived from MS’s experience with the traditional printing machines, the deviation from the preset blanket advancing parameter is limited to a +/- 0.01 mm, thus granting maximum precision during the printing phase. Moreover, a particular function on the MS – JETPRINT allows correction of the blanket movement during printing so that it is possible to “open” or “close” the space between the strings printed by the plotter on the fabric and, consequently, to solve the bending problem without stopping the production. The coating device is placed just before the plotter and prepares the fabric in the most suitable way to achieve the best colour penetration and results. The preparation of the fabric can be performed along with the printing phase or independently to prepare the fabrics to be printed later on the same machine or on other ink-jet printing machines. Thanks to this device it is possible to print on wet or partially or totally dry fabric and this grants a great uniformity of the colour masses as well as equalizing the penetration of light and dark colours, which has always been a big problem of the digital printing. The device includes: - High precision spreading unit for perfect control of the product to be applied along all the fabric width; - Warm air drying group placed before the printing plotter. Loop-type steam ager model MS-Cont 5 (patented) The machine prepares the fabric with the necessary chemicals just before the printing phase, thus granting the typical advantages of the in-line preparation that only MS can supply. · Wet-on-wet printing, color penetration, chemical products, efficiency, etc., · Printing on any kind of fabric with any type of ink-jet dyestuff · Fixation of reactive and acid dyestuffs with saturated steam at 102-104°C. Processes are made in line, in a relatively small space and at costs which are also reasonable for smaller companies. Since the steam ager has no atmospherical emissions since the exhausted steam is recirculated in the machine to reuse the residual thermal power and the resulting condense is discharged in the printing blanket washing module. This “closed” system reduces practically to zero the need of authorizations related to the use of such machinery. It is possible to have this machine, as all the other models of MS textile printing machines, equipped with the plotter lifting device, model SG, capable of lifting the printing head up to 8.5 cm from the printing blanket. In this way, the machine can print all kinds of material different from a fabric piece only, by adding or modifying the material supports.
