MS-JP5 Coat&Print has the same characteristics of the basic MS-JP5 machine both under the productivity and utilization point of view but, beside this, it also allows the user to pretreat the fabric during the printing phase, thus granting great advantages.
The characteristics that made MS machine so popular remain. For instance the sophisticated control system for blanket position, derived from MS’s experience with the traditional printing machines, the deviation from the preset blanket advancing parameter is limited to a +/- 0.01 mm, thus granting maximum precision during the printing phase.
Furthermore the feeding system for the water-based inks is “open”, i.e. that customers are not obliged to buy inks from a particular ink manufacturer but they are given the freedom to buy those inks which suit their production better, both under the performance and price point of view.
A fabric introduction system granting an optimal tension control even on the most difficult fabrics, a powerful drying unit in the bottom part of the machine and a continuos washing module for the blanket, derived directly from our screen printing machines, are part of the equipment of MS5-JETPRINT making it one of the most complete machines presently available on the market.
The device MS-COAT&PRINT (Patented) to pretreat the fabric on the printing machine,
allows the coating (pre-treatment) of the fabric to be printed with ink-jet technology directly on the printing machine and simultaneously to actual printing. The coating device is placed just before the plotter and prepares the fabric in the most suitable way to achieve the best colour penetration and results.
MS-Coat&Print grants a great uniformity of the colour masses as well as a good equalization in the light and dark colours penetration, beside granting money and time saving since the fabric does not need other previous processes before printing.
